This was my third time dealing with Norm and I continue to be impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He provided an evaluation for our home and estimated what we would likely get for our house. He arrived at the meeting well prepared with comps in the area and sold our house for 99% of list price. From listing to closing the deal was 5 weeks. If you are serious about selling your house call Norm. Anyone can list your house but Norm will sell it.
