What more I can say about Nina. She is like a family member now know her since the day I came to Canada. Who understand our needs on how we wanted our future home to be, who has got lots of patiences, spend time with us every other day for more than 1 hour, who showed us more house than anybody can imagine. She is very friendly, who also understand our personal responsibility, future needs and our primary focus was areas with good school rating. She set a filter what works for us and advices whats best for us as well. Her negotiation skills are excellent when it comes to offer submission, she never makes us pay/ask more, she is highly skilled on handling this tactically.
