If I could give Nikku 100 stars, I would. My husband and I recently relocated to Toronto, and Nikku was our real estate agent during our search for a home in the city. From our very first meeting, it was clear we were in good hands. As newcomers, we were initially overwhelmed, but Nikku made the entire process feel manageable thanks to her deep market knowledge, genuine dedication, and sharp eye for detail. Her expertise truly made a difference. She took the time to guide us through every step, helping us understand the market and building a trusting relationship from the start. At times, our excitement made us inclined to make hasty decisions, but Nikku always grounded us with calm, thoughtful and knowledgeable guidance and kept us focused. During viewings, Nikku’s attention to detail was invaluable—she consistently pointed out things we might have missed and helped us think critically about each space. In the end, we found a home we absolutely adore. Not only did Nikku help us find the right place, but she also made the entire experience far more enjoyable and less overwhelming than we imagined. On a personal note, it was always a pleasure spending time with her during showings. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
