Not only did Nik find us our dream home in our desired area for the right price, he sold ours quickly during a worldwide pandemic....for OVER ASKING! He listened to our every need for the new home and our every ask in his negotiations for the sale of our current house. He stayed well in communication with us and kept us calm AND assured in both transactions. He is knowledgeable, professional and honest.
