Nick was an exceptional agent. He was referred to us by a friend who said "you have to use this Realtor, I see his For Sale signs everywhere in our neighbourhood and every house sells right away". We researched him and interviewed him. The reviews are accurate. Nick is personable, has great communication and has the utmost of patience. Do to some unforeseen circumstances he ended up selling our house twice. The first sale was 10 days after listing, the second was about 10 hours. It was a sellers market but it takes more than a good market to sell a house. Nicks quick responses to phone calls and emails was outstanding. He was reassuring but realistic.
