Nichola’s app that she designed made looking for a house a very fun process. The app was helpful with being able to see listings that met our criteria and schedule viewings. I was impressed with how quickly Nichola was able to determine if the house we were viewing was going to be a good or bad house and she would list the pros and cons after each viewing. Nichola was always honest and patient with us while looking at houses. My wife and I never felt pressured by Nichola to purchase a place until we knew we found the one. Nichola quickly understood what we were looking for in a house resulting in a enjoyable house viewing process. Nichola was able to answer any questions that we had and she was always responsive whenever we wanted to go look at a new listing. We will be recommending Nichola to our family, friends and colleagues.
