Buying a house and selling another one at the same time at the top of the market (especially in this crazy market) was not an easy task which needs high level of effort and commitment and Nav has both. He was very professional with great personality. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met and selling my home at the right time. He is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent supporter. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see he moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair and for selling our home he did a great job in advertising and negotiation as well. He did his best and in addition to being our realtor he gave us the feeling of working with someone just like a family member.
