We would most certainly use Rachel Windsor and her team again if we was to move again, which we are hoping not to for a long while. Experiences are very subjective and there is always room for improvement, including myself as the buyer, so I didn't give a 5. I gave her a 4 for neighbourhood knowledge only because we were already very familiar with the neighbourhood and it was pretty much the only neighbourhood we were interested in. I'm sure her knowledge would've been great too since she lived over in the next neigbourhood.

Rachel worked with us and was very patient. She wasn't just a salesperson who tried to sell us on houses as we did our house hunting. She was a counsellor holding our hand through the buying process, and telling us the good, bad, and the ugly. She built a relationship with us.

Credit must also be given to the back office as they kept us on track to possession date.
