After the birth of our 1st child, we desperately needed a home upgrade. A well-known Northshore agent was unsuccessful in selling our Pemberton Heights home.
It was a tough time to sell but Mojdeh did it ! She sold our house without any lawn post in our yard nor any disruption to our tenants.
After a trip abroad, I came back to find that market has gone hot but Mojdeh found our new home, off-market out of the CROWD of multiple-offers in our lovely Pemberton Heights. Even without my wife presence, she found us the perfect home which we love.
