We approached Mike as he has listed a home that we were interested in purchasing. To our delight Mike was able to assist us in negotiations on our purchase and also was able to list our current family home for a great price. Our home was listed and sold within 24hrs. We had a great time working with Mike and would definitely recommend him if you are looking to sell!
