Meta Wood

We were recommended Meta by our good friends who had a great experience with her and their recommendation couldn't be faulted! We were 1st time home buyers looking at purchasing a house in Comox Valley. We were in living in Vancouver which we thought would be challenging for viewings but Meta was able to set up some virtual tours with us that were so in depth and personal that we felt it was as good as being there. When we were able to come in person she made sure we got set up with viewings during our trip to maximize our time and even was able to set up a viewing of a house we passed by with a for sale sign within minutes! Her experience and knowledge is evident and invaluable and would always look for and point out potential red flags and issues that we wouldn't have even thought about! As we weren't that familiar with the area, her advice on neighbourhoods, pros & cons was very much appreciated. We had some very specific must haves for our home and Meta was careful to consider them when helping us look. She navigated us through putting in offers and rallied us when one fell through, to find our current home which we love so much and is such a better fit. She will always tell you, if it is meant to be your home it will be and she is right! Meta it was a pleasure finding our home with you.
