We hired Matt when we looking for our first home and stressed out! We were working with a realtor who was making the process more stressful than it needed to be so we looked elsewhere and were immediately put at ease when we met with Matt. He is easygoing and kind but also intelligent and strategic. So we decided to hire him when we were selling our home 8 years (and 4 kids) later. Matt is always quick to respond, dependable and it feels like he’s fighting for you and has got your back. He was creative and strategic while selling our home which sold for over asking in four days! We had a newborn at the time and he was very understanding, patient and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but Matt deserves one and I think you would do well to hire him.
