Martin is a legitimate lifesaver. I had been searching for a new place by myself for a few months and just happened to stumble on one of the listings that Martin is an agent for. This all happened by chance and was one of the best accidental meetings of my life. After discussing with Martin and letting him know the urgency of my move (My last place got broken into), he immediately took finding me a place as a priority. He was so accommodating, that he not only showed me places within my budget, we also did viewings for places slightly above and below my budget, so i could get a clear understanding of what my budget could afford me in this economy. Not only that. After I found a place that I was happy with, he didn't just send me papers to sign; he looked into the building and found me an even nicer apartment on a higher floor, FOR THE SAME PRICE. You would think he stopped there, but there's more! Not only did he find me a nicer apartment in the building of my choice, but he also NEGOTIATED FOR ME TO MOVE IN EARLY! This made it possible for me to house my father, who was visiting from out of the country, which in turn saved us hundreds of dollars in Hotel Fees. In summary, I would not only recommend Martin to my Family & Friends, i would recommend him to anyone who is seriously considering a move or purchasing property. He will go over and beyond to get you what you want. I can personally attest to it..
