I decided to find/purchase my new home first, subject to the sale of my condo. So it all came down to Mark getting this final piece done (the selling of my home) with a serious deadline looming. Even though the market at this time changed radically making buyers very shy to purchase, he got the job done. I watched as he meticulously and skillfully set everything up, allthewhile going the extra mile to help me organize my part of things as the seller. He was so incredibly professional with his interactions with potential buyers and other real estate agents. His attention to all the legal details was phenomenal. And as stressful as these things can be, Mark's open heart brought in so much lightness and joy into such a big transition. If I could give Mark ten stars I would, I am so very grateful.
