Mark possesses great communication skills and we find him to be very personable and genuine. He is up-front, insightful, and very detail-oriented. Mark’s work ethic is second to none and the documents he drafts are painstakingly crafted. Mark is capable of handling multiple showings on any given day and can organize himself do so on short notice. He always follows up with clients and is prompt in responding to queries and requests. We have referred several of our friends to Mark, and they have all been impressed with the depth of his knowledge and the quality of his work.
