My friend recommended Manny to me and I’m happy he did. He honestly knew what we wanted before we did, but still happily continued showing us homes around the area we wanted to buy in. Our main concern was the price of the home we liked, but Manny did his homework and was able to get us over $15k off the list price. His knowledge, patience and overall professionalism was top tier.
