We are BEYOND thrilled with the service that Manjinder provided us throughout the selling of our home. My husband and I purchased our first home through a builder and so we never needed a real estate agent. We purchased our second home through a builder as well, so when the time came to sell our house we had no idea where to even start. My husband started his research on finding a real estate agent that was reliable, knowledgeable, experienced and expressed great professionalism. We are so thankful that we found and contacted Manjinder because he was truly just that! He was very familiar and experienced with our neighbourhood and he promised us that he would not settle for anything less than what we had in mind. One thing that I found with Manjinder was that he was extremely PUNCTUAL, and he made sure that everyone on his team was punctual as well. I have two small children and so my concern was punctuality and finding alternative arrangements for them well in advance. Manjinder understood this and worked very hard to plan accordingly around our families schedule and knew that every minute would make a difference to their routine. He coordinated a staging crew/photographer to come to the house well in advance and they were just as professional as he was. Whenever we had a question or concern he was one text away and would always reply with an answer. He was literally available 24/7, even working during the holidays to make sure everything was ready for us to sell our house. He is very confident in what he does and so he makes you feel confident throughout the whole process. Manjinder was always going above and beyond in explaining all the processes required and next steps. My husband would send him comparables of houses in our community and he knew exactly every detail to them which to us made us confident that he understood what was out in the market and that he was always on top of any listings in the area and their value. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process and would send us updates to calm our nerves down. Everything he promised us as a real estate agent during our very first encounter, was exactly how he proceeded and acted throughout the sale of our home. He gave us excellent professional advice and we never felt like he rushed or pushed us to agree or settle for anything we did not want to do. He connected with our family instantly and every conversation felt like we had known Manjinder all our lives. We cannot say enough good things about him and he is truly the BEST in this business. I will highly recommend Manjinder to all my family and friends as I am extremely confident they would be in good hands!!
