This is the second time we’ve asked Ms. Bada to guide us through the intricacies of selling an Estate property. And, once again Luisa was a top notch industry professional. From the earliest moments in both relationships, she was respectful, empathetic, patient, mindful, helpful & resourceful to the point of personally rolling up her sleeves and diving into some of the necessary preparations at hand. We couldn’t have asked for more. She had it all under control, and always making us aware of potential changes & market conditions throughout the process.
