Very methodical, understanding of our needs and goals, introduced us to a sound campaign plan and, provided the best pricing methodology I have seen to date. Case in point the house SOLD IN LESS THEN TWO WEEKS MEETING ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS (price and conditions). Found the Engels & Volkers staff amiable, helpful and knowledgeable. Louis-Philippe masters the art of drawing the right talent/people to assist preparing the house, he shows a deep understanding of the market and most of all, he knows how to best support/advise the customer during what can be a stressful time. We were very pleased with the high level of preparation an organization of the services he provided himself or through his professional network, all the way down to home staging, photography and sign installation. Thank you Louis-Philippe, Perfect score! P.S. 20 minutes after he listed our house we received a request for showing on "Home by showing time". This is an app which lets the owner manage the visit times directly with the buying agents. I found that (new to me) method helpful as it puts us in the "driver's seat" and give us ample time to prepare and vacate the house. The app also includes a feedback section where the visiting agents commented that the pricing was excellent and gave us high marks on the Home Staging.
