I’ve long been working towards the goal of owning a house. In the past I had realtors that weren’t really interested in helping me acquire a home. I finally had everything together this year and went looking for a serious realtor. I was looking for someone that was similar to my age range and ambitious, to hopefully better understand what I desired in a property. I reached out to a few agents, Logan was immediate in response and quick in trying to understand what I was looking for. We were swiftly visiting houses, and doing so in a way that felt quite convenient to my schedule. I thoroughly enjoyed touring houses with Logan and felt that she understood relatively quickly what I was looking for. It made the experience better having someone that could point out what I’d like, assist with questions and do so in a friendly but ultimately professional way. While the experience did take awhile, Logan was patient and eventually I came across what I could only describe as a dream home. It far exceeded my expectations, and honestly what I thought I could achieve. Logan was able to pick the right bidding price which allowed me to win the property as to say whilst not over spending. During the acquisition period there were some hurdles and Logan was able to easily help me navigate those providing helpful connections. It was incredibly stressful, but everything worked out and Logan played a big hand in making sure that happened. I’m really happy with where I’m going to be spending a large portion of my life, and I can’t wait to make many memories here. Buying a house is a big deal, I worked really hard to be able to achieve that and I’d certainly like to thank Logan for helping make that possible. High recommend, and I really did end up with a special place in a great community. If I do ever need to make a change in housing, I’ll be sure to reconnect with Logan and will of course be recommending her assistance to family, friends or anyone that asks.
