Livia assisted us in the purchase of our first home. The process was overwhelming but Livia was there for anything we needed and helped make the process seamless. She had great recommendations for other professionals that we needed and everyone worked together to help us anyway they could. She was very knowledgeable and we felt that we were getting the right advice tailored to our specifications. I would strongly recommend Livia and will to anyone I know, buying or selling.
