Laura Inward

I have a fair bit of experience in RE and long ago practiced a bit of RE law. Laura managed to sell my longtime family home which was in need of a lot of work in a very difficult market. She helped me through a difficult probate and helped me with a huge downsize which required dealing with a lot of stuff I no longer have the place for and some minor improvements. Then, she quickly found us a perfect condominium which met our price range, in a quiet neighbourhood, very close to a subway near lots of shops and restaurants. It seemed like a very difficult situation but Laura was calm and confident all the way through even when it looked like the deal might not close. Our very experienced lawyer was also very impressed with Laura. We also had tight time constraints to deal with two closures and moving restrictions into the condo. Her knowledge and assessment of my needs and the market were spot on. She came through for us in a big way and I will quickly recommend her to any of my friends. Even had a pizza dinner delivered to us which we ate in the midst of so many boxes in our new condo.
