Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I'd be shopping for a home long distance, sight unseen, but Lacey made the process seamless! She provided videos, facetime tours, and lots and lots of phone calls and texts as well as an extremely helpful online portal through which to preview and sort all my potential picks. Lacey is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable not only in the buying/selling/negotiating aspects of the realty business, but just as importantly, in the finer details of construction and any pitfalls to look for when viewing a home, explaining which things are of little consequence and which are red flags that could impact future comfort and/or resale value down the road. For someone moving into a new city, her expansive knowledge of different neighbourhoods and understanding of my own wants and needs in a new home helped keep the whole process on track. Lacey is a great communicator and negotiator, and made the long distance aspect of the purchase virtually disappear. In the end, we found the perfect home in the perfect location, and YES I did actually "see" it, in person, during our inspection day, but by then I'd seen so many pictures/videos/facetime tours that it was very familiar to me. I highly recommend Lacey Kessel and am so grateful to have had her at my side throughout this adventure.
