Our first meeting, she already had a plan to sell my home a great presentation on its value and showed an excellent understanding of my area and the housing values. Once I engaged her to sell my property we agreed on a start date and asking price, prior to the start date she had already sent oit an email to prospective buyers and before the agreed upon start date the home sold for way more than the agreed amount. She handled a negotiation between potential buyers like a pro putting almost a third more money in my pocket that the price we started at...
