Krista helped my wife and I find our family dream home (we have two daughters ages 4 and 6) in Wilden. We were living in Los Angeles for the past 8 years, and we moved back to Kelowna - where my wife grew up - over the summer. On Saturday, Krista took our whole family to all 5 homes back to back - it took about 2 hours. Amazingly home #2 (which was actually in Wilden and not Dilworth) was indeed our dream home! We couldn't believe how fast we found something with Krista's help. Krista cancelled her own Saturday night dinner plans, performed in-depth market research on comps, and helped us make an offer that same night so we didn't miss out. We offered about $90k less than the asking price, and Krista helped us negotiate a great deal over the next 24 hours. By Sunday evening, we had an accepted offer! Between the time we had an accepted offer and the time we moved in, Krista helped us through every aspect of the process and devoted countless hours to make sure everything went smoothly. She even arranged multiple viewings of the house for us to plan our move-in. We have been in the house just over a month now, and we are so grateful for everything Krista has done for us.
