Kira Harrington

Kira is absolutely outstanding - highly professional from start to finish. She is very kind, respectful and also matter of fact. She was very clear about what we should to do to prepare our house for sale (repairs etc), and then equally clear on how to stage the house for viewing. She then of course organized an amazing photoshoot of our house for the listing (that made us wonder why were selling!). Kira was also very realistic on pricing, so as to not overlist. We agreed completely with her approach and in the end it worked out great for us - 10 offers in 2 days, all over asking. We will go back to Kira if and when we ever do this again. Thanks heaps Kira!
