Kevin was an amazing realtor! He helped my wife and I purchase our first rental property in Leduc last year. He supported us throughout the whole process such as inspection, negotiations, and working with our mortgage specialist and lawyers all while I was out of the country for work. He was fully transparent and educated us on cash flow, location, and property mgmt. He introduced us to our current property manager who has been wonderful. We were confident to close the deal while I signed the documents 8hrs ahead in another timezone. Kevin is super responsive and was available anytime of the day to answer all our questions. We can’t say enough good things about him and would definitely recommend him. We hope to buy another rental property with him soon.
