Kevin Olfert

I recently had the pleasure of having Kevin as my realtor during a very stressful time in my life. I lost my friend and had the emotional job of selling her home and belongings as executor of the estate. I had never sold a home or been an executor before. He allayed any fears I had and guided me through all the steps. Once probate was completed, I was worried about how long it would take to sell the house due to costs adding up. Kevin organized advertising and showings with potential buyers in a very short period which resulted in multiple offers. Kevin responded quickly and kindly to all of my worried texts which made the whole process so easy and comfortable for me. When it was time to review offers, he explained each offer thoroughly including what the strengths and weaknesses were of each so I could make a solid decision on which one to accept. He never rushed me and was so supportive. I highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone! He is amazing!
