Kevin Balicki

Kevin helped us purchase our new home in Spruce Grove. Before we came out house hunting he suggested homes to view that we may be interested in and gathered all the information for the homes we were interested in viewing. He accompanied the home inspector and shared with us the findings we should be aware of and discussed with the home builder so it could be completed in a timely manner. We were happy with the price of the home and he was able to negotiate a fair deal. He also attended our possession date for us as we were in BC still and we did not want to incur another expense. We did roll in late in the evening/early morning and were able to get in our home without the worry of getting a hotel for ourselves and all our pets. It was a great experience and made the move from BC to AB a lot less stressful. Thanks Kevin! We would definitely recommend him.
