Kent exceeding expectations again and again throughout our experience. Right from the beginning I felt that he had our best interests at heart and that he was willing to put in the time and effort to find us exactly what we wanted. Not only showing us the houses we asked to see, but paying attention to what we liked and what we didn't like to find other houses to take a look at. In the end, we bought one that we had dismissed when seeing it online as we thought it wouldn't suit what we were looking for. We are absolutely THRILLED with our new home and it's 100% due to Kent that we even walked through the door to check it out!
