Kelly Ryan was the poster-child of professionalism. Not only did she know the neighbourhood that we were selling from, she also knew all about the areas we were looking at. It didn't matter what area we were looking at; she knew the schools, shopping areas and public transportation.
My daughter was selling the house with us and, as a first time seller, Kelly was extremely patient with her and answered all her questions without ever making her feel like they were dumb or silly questions.
When the buyers asked us if they could come and meet with us during the negotiations, we were fine with it, but when we started to become uncomfortable, Kelly stepped in immediately and respectfully, but firmly, had them leave. Our comfort always came first.
I would absolutely recommend Kelly to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home. The research she did ahead of time and throughout the whole process allowed us to make informed decisions at every step.
