Kelly DeCourcey

Kelly was patient - I knew I wanted to sell, but wasn't sure exactly when. She visited me a couple of times, at my request, to keep in touch - she'd been highly recommended to me by a friend who she had (and still does) worked with. When it looked good to sell, she was on top of things immediately, set up a schedule of visits and within 5 days the house was sold. We had set up a late closing, but when a place became available earlier than expected she was instrumental in negotiating a change, and made excellent suggestions regarding a suitable moving company and also the cleaners. As I was not there for the final closing, she looked after everything with the procedures at that time. And imagine my surprise when an NB box arrived shortly after I had moved to Ontario! Kelly went way above what she needed to do; always encouraging and so understanding - I hadn't moved for over 30 years so wasn't very educated on what had to be done. She is, in my opinion, a STAR.
