I cannot recommend Kellie enough. This was my first experience buying and selling solo, and she made it completely seamless. She kept me in the loop at all times with every development, and she was available to chat at any time if there were things to sign or negotiations to make. She 100% went above and beyond in making my home look AMAZING to show, it sold days later, I'm certain because she had it looking so cute! And she was so incredibly approachable and accommodating, I trusted her opinions on everything because she was clearly very knowledgeable about both the neighborhood I was selling in and the one I was buying in.
