A steady hand through a long journey ------------------------------------------------------------ We worked with Keith Johnston over a span of six months (perhaps eight… who’s counting!) to find our home in the Ottawa area, from the depths of winter to the heat of summer. It was a long journey, filled with countless visits and shifting priorities, and throughout it all, Keith remained remarkably patient and supportive. He never rushed us, never pushed us toward a decision, and always respected our pace. One of the standout aspects of working with Keith was his near-constant availability. Whether it was early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays, he was reachable through calls, texts, emails, and even video chats. His responsiveness made us feel like we were his top priority, and that level of dedication gave us genuine peace of mind. While we’re happy with the property we purchased, not all of our requests were met, likely due to challenges on the seller’s side. Keith did his best to navigate those complexities, and although some outcomes were beyond his control, we appreciated his transparency and steady guidance throughout. In the end, Keith helped us find a home that suits us well, and we’re grateful for his professionalism, patience, and tireless commitment. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
