We were moving to Ottawa for the first time for a rental property. Starting a new job, needed to move quickly, with a specific area required to work for work location. We were referred to Keith by a friend-of-a-friend and it was the best referral I have ever had. Keith was responsive, thoughtful and helped us find a perfect place for us. What amazed me the most was he quick response time and his incredible ability to make a (surprisingly) complicated process understandable and manageable. There was a lot of paperwork, going back and forth, submitting forms - and Keith helped with it all - with a smile and good humor!
