Working with Ms. Kath was honestly such a great experience for us. She was so patient and never made us feel rushed, even when we had a lot of questions. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped us feel more confident throughout the process. What we appreciated the most was how she was there for us every step of the way, from the very beginning all the way to even after we got our keys. It didn’t feel like her job just ended once the deal was done. She continued to check in and make sure we were doing okay. She even remembered our daughter’s birthday and dropped by to give her a very yummy cake. She also made herself available whenever we needed her, which meant a lot to us. Buying a home can be stressful, but she made the whole experience feel much smoother and more manageable. We’re really grateful for all her help and couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
