Kate is an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting to the conclusion of our sale, she was very professional, always keeping us in the loop as we progressed through the process.
She has very good knowledge of the local neighbourhood in terms of understanding what's out there and also what buyers are looking for which made for a very speedy sale.
