Kassy Draper

Working with Kassy was amazing. We were new to the area and she was able to not only find a house that would work well with our family, but knew so much about the area including parks that we would not have otherwise found. In trying to find the perfect house, we needed to see quite a few. Kassy really listened to what we liked and disliked with each house that we saw and was able to use this information in suggesting houses to look at later in our search. Kassy was patient with us, as most of the houses she showed us checked off our need's list, but didn't quite feel like home and she understood. Kassy was surprisingly very knowledgeable with housing construction and was able to point out things that we would not have noticed on our own. When it came time to buy, Kassy was able to give us sound advice regarding how we should approach our offer/counter-offer and when an issue (not her fault) she was able to think outside the box and have it fixed the same day. I would more than highly recommend Kassy as an agent, I cannot think of anything more she could have done to make this a great experience.
