Communication is Key! Karly came in with all the information, market analysis, and details for her plan for our home going forward on meet day. She took time to listen to us, take notes on what we had upgraded or improved during our time in the home, and what our expectations/hopes were. After agreeing she was the agent for us, she wasted no time in getting photos done and having the house prepped for listing. She always came back to us, every Monday, not matter if we had new developments or not. We looked forward to hearing her expertise every week. We sold during Christmas time which isn't an easy time of year but she got it done and for that we are thankful!
