Karen Peck

We had about 10 lots on our list. We chose Karen because her presence in the area was very obvious and she wasn't the listing agent on any of those lots. Some lots had potential. Others did not. Thanks to Karen's diligence in providing all the necessary information, and by the way she set up the offer, we were able to back out of a less-than-ideal situation. The second one went smoothly, quickly, and professionally. We would not hesitate to work with Karan again.
