Upon deciding to buy a house I went to Collin Bruce Dominion Lending Centre and my mortgage broker there introduced me to Justin Layton, a certified real estate agent. Over the course of six months Justin and myself looked at multiple properties, some great and some not so great. Justin's level of knowledge and calm was always top shelf. He always had a positive attitude and he said to me that he was never about trying to get people to spend more than they could afford. When he finally found the home that I purchased I really liked it almost immediately and using maybe a little bit of a sales pitch (LOL) he said the place seemed like a good fit for me.
