We had a really great experience working with Justin White and his team to buy our home. They were quick, organized, and always seemed to be a step ahead. Justin worked hard to make sure we didn’t end up with any unexpected problems. Because of his persistence and negotiating, we were able to get the poly-b replaced and a few other big issues dealt with before closing. What really stood out was how fast they helped us find a place—within 48 hours, and all done remotely. Justin knows the Nanaimo area really well and was able to point us toward neighbourhoods that fit what we were looking for, even though we hadn’t visited in person. Communication was excellent the whole way through. They were always easy to reach, responsive, and proactive. The welcome package they gave us at the end was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, this was one of the best realtor experiences we’ve ever had. Justin and his team made it possible for us to buy a home from another city, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all went. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor in Nanaimo.
