What can I say that about Justin Chevrier? Upon reaching out to him for the first time about helping us find a home, he told is that he wasn’t going to be in town for the next week or so, but that didn’t stop him from doing whatever he could to start the process. Even from Sudbury and had never met us before, he was able to make us feel comfortable about the process and that he would start working towards what we wanted even whilst on vacation. Once in town we chatted some more and he got a feel for what we were looking for in a home and got straight to work looking for what we wanted. He was very attentive and a GREAT listener when it came to our needs and wants. Emails started to come in for properties that matched our criteria the very next day. He made himself ultra available to look at houses that peaked our interests and answered and question we had regarding them. If we wanted to know specifics about any property, we would have an answer within hours of asking. We ended up seeing at least a dozen or so houses in a short time frame and made offers on half of them. He walked us through the bidding war process that Ottawa is seeing right now and clearly told us that he would not let us spend even one cent more than what the house was worth. We both found comfort in knowing that we had someone on our side that actually cares about what we want and how much we wanted to spend. We ended up finally finding a house that we won thanks to his ingenuity, knowledge of the process and professionalism.
