I am a first time home owner so I was quite nervous about the whole home purchasing process. Junghyun, my realtor, was a continuous support throughout the whole process. He did a good job in introducing me and educating me on purchasing process, timelines, different parties involved, and maintenance considerations. He was quick with responses and kept a good communication throughout the process. During the showings, he pointed out the pro and cons about the house, property value, trends in home layouts as well as things to consider when selling the potential house 5, 10 years down the line. He also took note of my preferences in house layouts and amenities and he would also suggest houses concurrent to my own home researches, which was really helpful as the housing market was moving very fast.
