Julia Warren

What is great about Julia is that she is both very experienced and cares about the Windsor-Essex area. It means she knows what is special about the area and what would connect with us as outsiders. As Canadian/American dual citizens, we found it helpful that she knew about the differences we could expect and that she had connections to mortgage and law professionals. As parents, it helped that she was experienced with the different schools and systems, public and private, in the Windsor-Essex area, and what they had to offer as far as sports, music, French etc. But what is truly special is that Julia genuinely gets along with a lot of different kinds of people and therefore was able to tell what would work for us really quickly. She spent a lot of time getting to know us, helping us get to know the different neighborhoods in our visit, what the rental and sale options were in each, and as a result we fell in love with a house she showed us on the first day of our 2024 visit. We closed on it in April 2025 and couldn’t be happier! She also did a lot to check in with us as things progressed and after the move. I would say if you are looking to live in the Windsor-Essex area you could not do better than Julia Warren.
