A good real estate broker is not just one who can help you find your house, but also help you in your path to turn that business transaction of buying a house into the reality of creating your home. This holds true for Julia. As first time home buyers, it can be overwhelming, even if you have done your research on locations, have decided on exactly what you are looking for, and have done all your calculations for the budget. Julia's guidance during the house hunting stage wasn't just limited to sending us a list of homes based on a set of criteria. She pointed out pros and cons, some of which were not obvious for novices like us. During the offer and negotiations phase, she helped us understand the process (including advice on limiting our legal and financial exposure) and was with us in that short yet jittery period.
