I wish I could give Julia more than 5 stars. When I tell friends with their own recent real estate experience about all the work she did, they can’t believe it. She helped us to declutter and stage the home, got us through the open house process and made the sale by sacrificing her vacation. And at the same time she found me my next home, which is perfect! She was always available. She always listened and respected our choices, but gave us clear advice and direction when we needed. She was organized, careful and has the highest integrity. We know nothing about real estate but she patiently taught us what we needed to know. Even though we were sometimes a pain, she was always tolerant and supportive. She was realistic, but positive and optimistic. Personally she is a lovely, likeable, kind person. She got us through this process with results that were above our expectations. I would never think about doing real estate with anyone else. I highly recommend her without any reservations.
