At first we had so many questions about how to prepare our home for sale. What should be taken away and what should stay? Should I uninstall anything, and what do I really need to paint/renovate? Jon helped us through all of these questions, optimizing our preparation for sale. Mimoza visited multiple times, first to counsel us on staging and then to actually set things up. She was very patient with us and our extra questions. Jon got us listed and brought in the first offer much sooner than the average at that time. He then determined that the buyer would be very frustrating to deal with and recommended letting it expire, after which the next one still came in sooner than the average at that time. It was not a seller's market and it was not the best time of the year, yet movement on this property made it appear otherwise. And one thing that is important to me is that once a firm offer was just waiting to close, Jon's attention to us, making us feel like his only customer, did not fade and he helped us through the rest of the process with great responsiveness, and not just during business hours.
