John is a responsive realtor & brought a combination of insightful perspectives to guide us around Edmonton & its neighborhood's property buying. We found John via realtor online during the Provinces lockdown in early 2021, since we were not in the position to travel out of our Province, John assured us it can be done via videos links/face talk, etc… With every property he viewed & video record on our behalf, John would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems, & other relevant specific to our needs & requirements & commenting on the quality of the construction, maintenance, finish, appliances, etc. He will also video record the neighborhoods for us which was more of a bigger deal for our decision-making. He proved time & again his thorough knowledge of properties, construction, & the local market. John also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with & we never felt forced to make an offer or to purchase. In the end, we found the perfect property for our needs & we finally met John in person for the first-time months after to hand over the keys. Yeah!...
