Joel was professional, approachable, and positive throughout, and was there to talk me down from the ceiling when things got stressful! It took a while to sell my condo, as a buyer pulled out, but his energy never waivered; I asked a ton of questions, he always had time for me, and got back to me quickly. Joel gave good advice, was knowledgeable and thorough. I am a single woman with concerns having people in my house, but Joel made me feel secure. This process is stressful, but Joel made it easier.
